Refund policy
Except for any product marked as a ‘final sale', 'clearance', or similar, for which returns are not accepted, we have a 10-day return/refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be new, unused, undamaged, unassembled, and in its original packaging. You must return all product components shipped to you to be eligible for a return/refund. No returns/refunds are permitted on used, assembled, or installed products You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/refund, you can contact us at info@outdoorzy.ca. If your return/refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All Outdoorzy authorized returns/refund are subject to a 25% fee. The fee is calculated against the initial purchase price of the product, not including shipping charges or tax. If we approve a return/refund, the amount you initially paid, less the 25% fee, will be refunded to your initial method of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Any products that are approved for a return/refund must be returned to Outdoorzy within 14 days of the approval date. Failure to return the product within 14 days will void the original approval and any return request will need to be resubmitted for review.
Outdoorzy reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return, refund or exchange of products at any time and for any reason. All returns,refunds and exchanges are subject to the prior approval of Outdoorzy.

Damages and issues
Before signing the delivery receipt, please inspect your order thoroughly and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Should you not be able to contact an Outdoorzy representative directly, please be certain to mark any damages on the delivery slip or waybill before accepting the delivery and retain a copy as proof of carrier damages. This will be required by Outdoorzy to assist you in initiating your return/refund.
All manufacturing defects or damages present on a product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To report such a defect or damage to one of our products present at delivery, please contact us at info@outdoorzy.ca.
With limited exceptions, all of the products offered on our website have a minimum of one-year manufacturer’s warranty (some exceptions may apply).The terms of any manufacturer’s warranty, if any, that applies to the product you are interested in, may be available on our website or via direct inquiry at info@outdoorzy.ca, and/or will be provided in the packaging of the products themselves.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about whether or not your specific item falls into this category.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE items, or gift cards.
Applicabe Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the 25% fee and return shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post any refunded amounts.
